The Nagare clan Kekkei Genkai is known as Jinton(Swift Release). The Swift Release (迅遁, Jinton, Viz: Quick Style) is a combined nature transformation kekkei genkai that can be used to move with instantaneous speed, granting the user an advantage over opponents with more strength than speed, such as users of Chakra Enhanced Strength. This nature therefore renders the user invulnerable against most taijutsu. The Nagare clan members combines the Wind and Lightning Element, which is then molded by the clan members. And in turn their bodies are then accelerated at great speeds, making it rather difficult to keep up with the clan member. The clan members are not only capable of accelerating their bodies at great speeds. The Nagare clan members clan also apply Swift Release Chakra to other items such as Ninja tools and other Jutsus. This covers Bukijutsu, Taijutsu. Should it be Ninjutsu or otherwise, then special customs will have to be created. They may also apply the same principle when it comes to their body parts. This then speeds up a basic punch, kick or even the formation of hand seals for Jutsus.
Traits: Clan Members mainly have blue hair and yellow eyes. There are times when a clan member's hair color may be different, but their yellow eyes remain the same.
Swift Release users gets a boost in their endurance and speed stats. +30 for Endurance & +35 Speed. But must have a 3 in your KKG for this to apply. They also gain a +1 in skill points to allocate from the point of reaching stage 3.
The Swift Release Kekkei Genkai when dealing with full body speed and movement utilizes the Body flicker Jutsu and applies swift release Chakra. This then provides a boost to the technique itself, thus producing the Nagare clan's Shadowless Flight Jutsu. The Body Flicker technique is a requirement for swift release. Most Swift Release advancements are demonstrated via Jutsus.

The Nagare clan of the Swift release bloodline limit hails from the outskirts of Sunagakure, almost bordering the lands of Konohagakure and Sunagakure itself. The Nagare clan has always been secretive about their affiliations with the way of the Ninja. Simply out of fear that those who want to be rid of the Shinobi way, would seek to annihilate them. The swift release bloodline limit is after all something to fear, and the need to remain secretive, comes from the fact that Sunagakure had began to kill off those with kekkai genkais. This is very much reminiscent to something that happened in a past time but in a different village. This bloodline cleansing coincided with the gradual shift away from the way of the Ninja. The people had of course seen what manner of violence that comes about from embracing the way of the Ninja.
The Nagare clan numbers was great in the past, but now there are so few of them remaining. Many use to live in obscurity, becoming the reclusive ones of the world. There was also a change in Sunagakure, that forced those living on the borders, to either go in exile or assimilate themselves with the village. It was during this time that the Nagare clan caught wind of what was happening. The people in charge wanted absolute control and so they decided to spread propaganda and lies to the masses. Luckily for the Nagare clan they were able to decipher most of what was happening and so they decided to take matters into their own hands. With their numbers dwindled down, they have only a few individuals left who could actually change anything.
They made their move, settling into the village, meanwhile keeping their true identity hidden, wearing faces that did not belong to them. This is how they were able to escape the gaze of others and blend in with the populace. And when the time came they promptly struck from within, launching a coup without anyone really noticing. The tide had swung in their favor and much to the delight of their supporters from the underground.

Description: Keishi no te is like a right of passage technique and skill for those of the swift release. This is a very basic skill that each member must demonstrate before they can hope to learn even more challenging Jutsus of the Nagare clan. One must first be able to use the Wind and Lightning elements together and convert it into swift release Chakra. The clan member will then apply the swift release Chakra during the formation of their hand seals for Jutsus. The outcome is ideally an acceleration of body movements, in mainly the hand and fingers. This results in hand seals being formed at blinding speeds, effectively allowing a clan member to complete their hand seals faster than most Shinobi. They become twice as fast when doing this. The more skilled you are(determined by rank) the faster you are, and also the most hand seals you can perform in a short space of time. One hand seal to a swift release user is equivalent to formation of 3-4 hand seals for most other Shinobi.

Description: Rei Houkou allows a swift release user to move at tremendous speeds, even faster than the shadowless flight technique. This particular technique creates ghost or phantom like figures when put to use. This effect often leads the opponent into believing that the clan members have created numerous shadow clones of themselves. The phantom like figures are used as a distraction as the user continues to move. The figures themselves seem to be constantly on the move, almost mirroring the user's movements, but will often do the opposite. This allows the Nagare clan member to create an opening since, which increases their chances of striking their opponent. By dispersing swift release Chakra while moving. A sensor Shinobi can be fooled, leaving them unable to properly discern their exact location. The user can create up to fifty or so phantom or ghost like figures to fool the enemy. This Jutsu increases the clan member's speed stat by 65 stat points.

Description: This is the fastest technique of the Nagare clan that involves full body movement from one location to another. It is an improvement on the Shadowless flight and Ghost Walk jutsus. Hiraikou no Jutsu also has its own unique trait that separates it from the other two. The user of the Jutsu will disperse a bright flash of lightning Chakra, while also leaving an afterimage of themselves. The afterimage takes the place of the user's previous position, but there is still more to the Jutsu than meets the eye. The bright flash is actually blinding to those within 30 meters of the user. This blinds the opponent(s) for 1 turn, meanwhile the afterimage contains nothing but electric current that stuns the opponent when they come in contact with it. This in itself creates an open for the user of the technique. It is understood that the user disperses lightning based Chakra just before moving. This then creates both the blinding flash and the stun effect on the opponent. This particular Jutsu is comparable to your Hiraishin and Lightning Release Armor in terms of sheer speed. This technique boost the user's speed stat by 80 stat points.
Requirements: 5 in KKG and Ninjutsu. Must have also mastered the Shadowless Flight technique and Ghost Walk technique.

1 KKG Point: Clan members can learn D-rank Swift release skills/jutsu. (Must have require elements for use of Swift Release Chakra)
2 KKG Points: Clan members can now learn and use D and C-rank Swift release skills/jutsu.
3 KKG Points: Clan members can now learn and use D-B-rank Jutsus. This is the minimum standard for the shadowless flight Jutsu. Can now learn Clan/KKG Jutsus of this level at 80% of the cost. At this stage gains plus 1 skill stat to allocate to Ninjutsu.
4 KKG Points: Clan members can now learn and use D-A-rank Jutsus. Can now learn Clan/KKG Jutsu of this level at only 70% of the cost. At this stage gains plus 1 skill stat to allocate to Ninjutsu.

It just occured to me that element is not in the Jutsu template. Please, add the Element right under type and I'll fix the actual template.

An Advancement is how you level up your KKG stat. If you have no special plans for it then put "like any other skill" because that will be up soon and if you want it to be via learning Jutsu say how many you have to learn to rank up.
